The SSI Freediver (level 1) course aims at training safe and autonomous freediving beginners.

The course includes two online 1h30 theory sessions and five in-water practice sessions.

All in-water depth sessions take place at Brussels’s deep pool, Nemo33.

At the end of this course, freedivers will be equipped to progress safely in the three main freediving disciplines with a freediving buddy.

The course rate is 400€/person (excl. Nemo33 entries)
